Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations Made Up to 48 Hours Before the Appointment - If the client cancels 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment, they are eligible for a full refund of the total payment made. 2. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before the Appointment - If the cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, 50% of the full payment will be refunded. T C Photography will retain the remaining 50% to cover preparation, time, and other resources allocated to the booking. 3. No-Show Policy - If the client does not attend the appointment without prior notice (no-show), no refund will be provided, as this date and time have been exclusively reserved for them. 4. Exceptional Circumstances - For cancellations due to extraordinary or unforeseen circumstances (such as sudden illness or emergency), clients are encouraged to reach out. Depending on the situation, T C Photography may consider rescheduling without additional charges or provide a partial refund at our discretion. 5. Rescheduling - Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if they contact us 48 hours or more in advance. If rescheduling is requested within 48 hours of the appointment, it will depend on availability and may incur a small fee.
